Refund policy

RETURNS (WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT)

  1. A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a withdrawal statement should be sent to the email address: sklep@delta-marine.pl or by post to the Seller's registered address:
    DELTA-TEAM Sp. z o.o.
    ul. Józefa Wybickiego 106, 84-207 Bojano, Poland.

  3. The returned goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from submitting the withdrawal statement.
    The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.

  4. Only the following products are eligible for return:
    • complete and in unimpaired condition,
    • unused and clean,
    • where possible – in their original packaging.

  5. Used, damaged, custom-cut goods or goods ordered specifically for the Customer are not eligible for return.

  6. After receiving the returned shipment and positively verifying its condition, the Seller will refund the funds within 14 days.

  7. The refund covers the value of the purchased goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.

  8. The refund is made to the bank account from which the payment was made, unless the Customer indicates a different method.
