Shipping policy


  1. Orders are delivered within Poland, the European Union, and internationally, via courier companies working with DELTA MARINE STORE.

  2. The shipping cost depends on the order value and destination country:

    • PLN 20 gross – for orders up to PLN 1000 via Inpost courier (Poland),
    • PLN 0 (free shipping) – for orders over PLN 1000 via Inpost courier (Poland).
    • PLN 25 gross – for courier orders (Poland).
    • EUR 50 – for orders shipped to European Union countries.
    • EUR 200 – for orders shipped outside the European Union.

  3. Order processing time is usually 2 to 14 business days from payment confirmation and stock availability.

  4. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  5. Once the shipment is dispatched, the Customer receives an email with a tracking number.

  6. Upon receiving the shipment, the Customer must check its condition in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is found to be damaged, a damage report should be drawn up and photos taken – this is necessary to process any transport claim.

  7. The carrier is responsible for damage occurring during transport. DELTA MARINE STORE is not liable for damage resulting from improper handling of the shipment by the courier company or third parties.

  8. DELTA MARINE STORE is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier's fault or factors beyond its control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, holidays).
